Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, appears missing items, or you believe you received an incorrect shipment, please notify support promptly with order details and clear photos of the package (where relevant).
Shipping Protection
We offer free shipping protection. What it does not cover:
- Orders without Shipping Protection added at checkout
- Delays that do not result in loss (the package is still in transit)
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Theft after confirmed delivery to a correct address, beyond one claim per customer per 1 year period, at our discretion
- Orders shipped to freight forwarders or international destinations, if applicable
How to file a claim: Claims must be submitted within 2 days of the estimated delivery date, or 2 days of the marked delivery date for “delivered but not received” claims, by contacting [support email/method]. We may request confirmation of the shipping address and, where applicable, a police report or carrier claim number for high-value or repeated claims.
Resolution: Approved claims will be resolved via a free reshipment of the original order or store credit of equal value, at our discretion. Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped, regardless of whether a claim is filed.
Limits: We reserve the right to limit, deny, or investigate claims that appear fraudulent, repetitive, or inconsistent with normal shipping patterns.
